Words can’t describe how pleased I am with the service I received at Installation Station today. I got a sub installed up north in DC and it was trash. I moved here a year ago and I had no clue where to go to get it fixed until I saw this place off US1. Today I walked in with no appointment, I just wanted to get some input on what I should get to replace my bad subwoofer. Immediately the gentleman who helped me was extremely nice, attentive and knowledgeable on what I should get. I told him my budget and my goal for the audio and he gave me a new amp and sub within my budget! Not only was I a walk in but they were able to replace my old one within the hour. I 100000000% recommend this place to anyone who is looking for better Audio in their car. The customer service is awesome and the quality of work is excellent. Let me start off by saying these guys know what they’re doing. I needed a new radio installed into my car. I took my vehicle to the dealership prior to this and had it sitting there for a week ended up getting nowhere. What the dealership couldn’t do in a week installation station did in 2 hours. Not only am I satisfied with the results but the customer service is amazing. Everyone is so sincere. They accidentally over charged me for service and had the generosity and sincerity to call me back and tell me they overcharged me and wanted to give me a refund. Not many places are going to do that. I’m not even from the area I drove an hour to get my car serviced here, that’s how good they are.
